Return and Refund Policy

Returns

In the event of a return, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The article must meet the following requirements:

• Be in the original packaging.
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Responsibility for the content of the product belongs to the customer. However, if asianbuilderschoice-labs ships a different product than your request due to our error, we will exchange it free of charge. Therefore, please check the contents as soon as possible after the product arrives.

If the product is not what you want, please contact us within 5 days of arrival.

AsianBuildersChoice-labs is not responsible for minor damages that damage the product. Please note that there may be damage caused during delivery. For example: distorted boxes. Please note that we cannot return products with scratches, dirt, deterioration, etc. Complaints or changes will not be accepted after using part or all of the product.

If your family or recipient is refused delivery for any reason at the time of delivery, the product will be returned to the Post Office.

In this case, the product will be discarded at the return destination. We do not offer refunds for rejected products.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Transport

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
